I am going to have to go with a space Alien that had recently been in rural China doing experiments of villagers. He contacted Corona virus from Chinese man he was giving an anal probe to.
After his shipmates realized he was infected they knew he could not be allowed to go back to their planet and infect their whole population so they drained all his blood to use to try and make a cure if they got it themselves and tossed him out an airlock.

The lack of blood along with landing on a metal roof with the sun shining on it dried out the body before he could decompose.

The look of his face is where he was screaming NOOOOO! Its just allergies, while they were draining his blood while he was alive.
