Yep. It's a monkey. The mouth is monkey like, the long fingers and if you look at the shadow cast on the roof you can see the tail.

There's no measurement mentioned in the original post. You can't tell if the "creature is 1 cm long or three meters long. From what I know of roofs, this dried up husk looks to be about 1 centimeters long, compared to the roof material
