So outside of work and shopping, I've been keeping to myself the past month or so. Social activities have been limited to a few outings (drummer in a band). 

For the record, I'm known as the clean and neat guy in my circles. People poke fun at me about it, but I've let it be known I don't give a shit. To each their own. Hand sanitizers, rubbing alcohol, bleach. My house is clean and organized.

I take a variety of natural supplements daily, especially during flu season. Elderberry, garlic, oregano oil, zinc, vitamin C to name a few. I crush raw garlic cloves and eat them like candy. Love the stuff. Love feeling like my immune system is working as strong as it can. Try and eat a healthy diet each day.

So today, against my better Judgement, I went and hung out with friends I hadn't seen since February 2. A few folks I jam with and know from other bands. Was there 30 minutes and immediately realized one friend was sniffling and constantly picking at his nose. Clearing his throat often. I asked him about it and he responded, "Yeah I had a bad flu 2-3 weeks ago, but I've been better the past week. Think I had the Corona virus." Proceeded to chuckle like it's a laughing matter. 

Came home and took my regimen. Will let you all know what comes of this. I pray my soldiers are strong enough to defeat any invaders.

The panic is stupid. This is like a mild flu if anything at all.
