Didn't Jim Humble cure the first couple of cases of malaria with just the sodium chlorite alone? And then he went home and decided to "activate" it with a weak acid.
The Sodium Chlorite has an oxidative state of +3 and the sodium hypochlorite has a state of +1. Isn't it reasonable to assume that the sodium hypochlorite (Common household bleach) would do the same thing, but just not be as powerful as sodium chlorite?

I'm also assuming that sodium hypochlorite( a couple of drops) upon entering the stomach would be "activated" with your stomach acid (hydrochloric acid) and accomplish the same thing (produce Chlorine Dioxide )in a slower fashion. Comments?

It's true that Jim started with just sodium chlorite unactivated and it only cured half the people. Back at home in Nevada he discovered half the people didn't have enough acid in their stomach to activate it. Add activator and MMS was born.

The chemistry of how common bleach kills is vastly different then how MMS/CD kills.

MMS(Chlorine Dioxide) is cheap and works very well against most pathogens. I've been using it for almost 3 yrs now to ward off oncoming colds and flu-like symptoms, and it has worked every time.
