Quoting: Mental Case Food, soap, TP, shampoo, tooth paste, etc. That way you recoup the cost by not shopping for a while. Peanut butter & crackers is a GREAT prep food! No cooking, fridgitation, and has all the carbs fats and proteins a growing boy needs! A bottle of shampoo lasts me at least a month and a tube of toothpaste lasts even longer. So buy an extra one or two. Anything that you eat regularly buy extra one or two. If you eat meat buy extra and freeze. If you eat alot of fresh vegetables buy some canned and frozen to tide you over in case stores are off limits. Also grab something cheap, big and filling for a last resort or to stretch your food. Dried potatoes, rice, pasta etc. Grab an extra salt and pepper. Top off your spices. Water. Yes buy flavored water to drink but grab some gallons for cooking if it comes to it. Fill empty bottles with clean tap water for cleaning. Some batteries candles flash lights and such. Those are minimums. |

MMS or CDS, and use it every waking hour 2. Then rotate with taking mega-doses of Vit. C any way I can. (NOT in the same 4 hr time window as the MMS) I'd try to find a naturopath doctor to give me mega-doses in IV form, like 100g-200g/day, and I'd also begin taking oral Vit. C powder as well, up to my bowel tolerance per day. 3. I'd also be taking mega-doses of Vitamin D3 to try to boost my immune system. (~40,000 iu/day) But I wouldn't take it all the time as taking too much can be harmful. 4. I might take some Zinc lozenges early, as they might also help reduce the severity of the cough symptoms. 5. And I'd order some food grade Hydrogen Peroxide, dilute it to 1.5-3%, put it in a vaporizer, and inhale it deep into my lungs several times a day. 6. Lastly, I'd try to find supplements that can help stop cytokine storms, such as Turmeric, Cayenne, Garlic, Olive Leaf Extract, consuming Apple Cider Vinegar, inhaling filtered & vaporized (or simmering) Apple Cider Vinegar, lightly inhaling vaporized MMS (not overdoing it), and look for other anti-cytokine storm-specific supplements |

User ID: 77515635 United States 02/27/2020 10:56 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | "My kids asked me this, and I just told them straight out, if the power goes out for any extended period then it's not coming back on again in their generation so don't worry about that. Our infrastructure works with an insane amount of fail safes in place to prevent something like this from happening even in TSHTF scenario. So if the power and water go out, that means that we've fallen, completely. And if we've fallen completely then the world has fallen. And if the world has fallen, this age becomes the age of myth and legend where light wasn't made from fire etc... If you're just talking about brown outs, or temporary shortages due to a power line being knocked out or something, yeah solar chargers are a good bet. Get some with loads of reviews that break down their capabilities because some are cheap trash. Pay extra for a solid unit. Phones will be a good resource to have for those short term outages, so a charger setup for those with a nice long charge holding battery backup. Your router will be out though so you'll want to make sure your plan has coverage for 4g. If they can keep the power on in China, they can keep it on here and if they can't then it's not coming on again for a generation at the earliest when we finally figure out how the "ancients of the before times" did it."
