I actually think i heard this sound as interference in my headset, it scared the fuck out of me.

I'm prepped to the gills...but did not have a radio handy. So I go to...the garage...ya, the garage and pick out a special radio, unwrapped the shield film, opened the box, got plugged in, then cranked it because it looked like fun. I came back here and got that seven something number and found that the signal was gone.

Guess I will keep it on to see if the signal returns and charge the onboard battery.

I tend to think this was a hoax that I fell for but I don't want to miss my ride. Those ETs don't want to hang around for the air force to shoot at them.

OP isn't hoaxing as far as whether or not the signal took place. I watched it live too.

I'm not sure what it means, but it was definitely there and looked like the screencap he took.

I dont fear much or scare easy but my ears are ringing still... it came through so loud that it frightened my cat and i was wearing it.

Are there plans to build a star gate embedded with it?
