if heard at home, likely RFI -- interferance, but if heard everywhere, a very strong transmission -- if inaudible, it means it was DRM (digital) or coded, or bandwidth -- not many people have that broadcast power -- think BBC at the minimum

Interesting too, because right while people were saying this was going on, I was experiencing a very out-of-the-blue wave of anxiety and sadness.
