Trump is on TV now, about to board Marine 1.
He is saying that the total number infected us STILL only 15 and the number is going down.

Yet Donald Trump just told us that there are 15 cases and the number is going down. Why.Is.He.Lying? I am still very interested to here an explainer for this one.
