Any response that is not simply, stay home if you're sick, don't go to school or work, like a normal flu, kills people and creates both a pandemic and a crashed economy.

Any herding of people in areas, makes more people sick and in the end scarsity kills them.

They don't die of the flu going around, they're murdered in ever growing numbers because of China methods of dealing with health.
