I went to Costco on wednesday.

I saw lots of carts filled with people buying water.

Packs of small water bottles and also big jugs of water.

The costco near me gets busier on a normal saturday than this video.

I shopped at mine two days ago. I went to buy those 3 lb bags of almonds and one of the rotisserie chickens. I ended up with wild salmon, strawberries and blueberries, too. It wasn't crowded at all. It seemed like an average day there.

and this is why when the shtf, gold will have no value as everyday currency. What has the most value will be determined by the people and the circumstances. "I'll trade you a roll of tp for a cup of coffee. Two for a beer."

Actually, you can just make one. Takes maybe 3 seconds. Take a 16 oz. water bottle, drink the water or pour into a container for later, replace screw top and then hammer 3 holes in the lid. Lasts for a long time. When it wears out, just make a new one.
