Anyone remembers this Japanese comic book?

It mentions things like cult, virus spread false flag, vaccine provided by the cult, cult leader hailed and becomes world president, cult leader is killed but someone pretends to be him and takes his position, Pope's endorsement, big walls and travel ban, and fake alien invasion...

Really weird comic book but very popular in Japan.
