First Hand possible COVID-19 experience in Ohio Urgent UPDATE page 1

I have been an avid GLP lurker for over 20 years. Just another under the radar coward I guess. I am a professional sports coach in the Akron, Ohio area. I teach over a hundred kids a week. Last Monday I was contacted by a parent asking if they could join my sports club and get some lessons.. He then stated that they just came from out of the country! I asked where and he stated Hong Kong and they have lived there for
7 years! He then said they were getting away from the Corona Virus and looking to home school his 2 kids that are 7 and 9 years of age. From the beginning I was a little hesitant. With a family coming from Hong Kong on a airplane a few days before. Fast forward to yesterday, as it has been around 2 weeks since they arrived in the USA. This 7 year old goes from normal to a full on coughing, sweating, snot nose mess. He Couldn’t talk and was shaking like crazy. Never seen anything like this as it was a straight up attack. Granted this family is American but It was just weird. I have 12 kids standing around watching this child cough uncontrollably and I had to remove him from the group.

This is just too close for comfort! 2 kids and 2 parents fresh off an airplane from Hong Kong almost 2 weeks ago they arrived here. They flew with a couple hundred people from a hot zone to Canada and skipping quarantine to
my state and workplace with hundreds of people a day attending my fitness club..

Update: one our employees, a high school girl that goes to Revere High School in North East OH, has came down with symptoms associated with Covid19. Another student at Revere just came back from an oversees trip and her whole family is currently being tested for Covid19. My co worker has been in direct contact with this student as they are good friends. All I can do is update when I hear the results as my boss is monitoring the situation. Looks like I may be self quarantined soon?!?!
