Could Donald trump be alluding to this about the virus?

Horror novelist Dean Koontz foreshadowed the Corona Virus outbreak in a 1981 novel.

For the lazy, the excerpt from the book says the virus airways and mysteriously vanishes in 2020, then returns 10 years later.

If created in a lab, they can't very well control the mutations once it's out there I would think. For me, it's all still watch and see, I have no absolute thoughts on how this will play out.

Many companies will have vaccines ready in a few short months, one here in San Diego will, but then need 6 months of animal trials, then human trials, and then creating enough for world population is still going to take a crapton of time. But .. if someone wants it early, try and jump in on the early human trials.

All of that will be a mute point if it mutates to a point their vaccine wont work anymore.

The last I saw was that it hasn't mutated..but then again I saw something from china saying there is one known mutation.

I took a bit of a break following everything 24/7 haha.. So I am behind on keeping up with the genome sequencing. I honestly figured I would hear it here or flutrackers if something major happens on that end.
