Well, we have enough of the DoD here, especially in the Tacoma/Seattle/Bremerton areas. There are loads of under-worked Army types at Fort Lewis (now known as Joint Base Lewis-McChord), all sorts of C-17s at McChord, and lots of ships and subs at Naval Base Kitsap (Bremerton). Don't exactly know what he expects them to do in this situation, but I'm sure he'll find something, especially if he doesn't have to use state money for it.
