By 16th March, the stores will be bare and there will be panic buying with all main stores shuttered well before 21st March

Personal stocks of anti-psychotic etc. drugs will run out by 28th March, plunging 70% of Americans into cold turkey and triggering mass riots and shootings and looting.

Additionally, Iran and Italy are just 37 days behind China in terms of death and infection and the rest of the West is just ten days or so behind them.
