Excessive Vitamin D causing Night Sweats and Hot Flashes

Hello my fellow GLPers!

I wanted to share that I figured out that Vitamin D was causing my night sweats and hot flashes. I had no idea it was a possiblility until I elimated all supplements and started testing for Vitamin D over 6 months. The blood test I used was-25-hydroxyvitamin D, 25 (OH)D. My blood tests were as follows: 109, 39, 127.

It looks like for me that keeping my Vitamin D level between 80-90 is optimal and doesn't cause night sweats or hot flashes. So there's a balance.

I also found out that Vitamin D in liquid sublingual drops absorbs much better than the capsules.
