Anonymous Coward User ID: 78668254 United Kingdom 03/22/2020 09:15 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Yes, 11 years ago in the East Midland region of England. I was unemployed at the time, and was playing computer games until the early hours. It was March\April time, around 4AM; I went downstairs, looked out of the window, and thought I saw something... I ignored it, thinking my mind was playing tricks on me, but was compelled to look again after a couple of minutes. It was then that I was able to discern a row of faint, multicoloured lights, flashing in sequence like a strobe light. I watched for a while, and saw the lights cut out, and a single bright orange\white light appeared above where the multicoloured lights had been. This light stayed lit for around 10 seconds, then shut off, and the multicoloured lights turned back on again. This happened a few times for about a minute--I could almost hear the 'click' as the brighter light switched on. I was also just able to make out the outline of the craft, it was the shape of the classic 'pie dish' UFO. I also noted a faint, metallic hum. Now, this is where it gets even weirder: both sets of lights came on, again, for around 10 seconds; then, the top light switched off, and the lower lights seemed to 'explode' like a firework, leaving a blue\green residue on either side. And then, the craft had gone. (I found it interesting that, in the Vedas, the Vimana are described as being powered by heated minerals--possibly this could explain the 'residue' that I saw?) This event affected me deeply... I had the feeling that, whoever or whatever it was that I saw, it was purposely displaying itself to ME and me alone. I started having strange and emotional dreams about crop circles and missing persons, somehow being given the impression that the sacrifice of humans was required to summon these beings--but I was deep into conspiracy websites at the time anyway, so it might have just been ideas playing in my head. Also, I had prophetic dreams, albeit concerning trifling daily matters. I've looked into the sky on most nights since then, hoping to see what I saw before. But I've not really seen anything conclusive... But, I do have a couple of things worth mentioning: About 7 years ago, I had moved house but still living in the same town. I had a dream--well nightmare--that there was a UFO flying low over my house, and that I was petrified to open my eyes in case I saw it. As I woke up, a metallic ringing\humming sound passed over the roof--like I heard before, only louder. Also... about 5 years ago, I was walking on the way to the supermarket on NYEs, when a bright orange light (clearly being some sort of a vehicle) was hovering in the sky. I heard no sound of a helicopter, and I could hear people in the distance shouting in excitment at what they were seeing. Me? I shrugged it off and kept on walking... I'd accepted at this point that something was out there, and it will reveal itself formally VERY soon. |

Guessing maybe 30 ft width and about 6ft vertical from bottom. No Damn way was this real. Can't be? I blew my cool and hauled ass back into the house. It hung there for a few moments and it was gone as quickly. Been into them ever since. That was 55 years ago. Funny thing, I asked my Dad what where they? Don't know but I'm sure by the time your may age we all should know. We still have no idea. Jed Eckert: C'mon! We're all going to die, die standing up! Why is it that an economic theorist called an "expert", but a conspiracy expert is called a "theorist"? The only time an aircraft has too much fuel onboard is when it is on fire. . . .
