(Bongino Report) - Missouri Senator Josh Hawley (R) announced he will introduce a measure to censure Sen. Chuck Schumer after he made threatening remarks against Supreme Court Justices Brett Kavanaugh and Neil Gorsuch.
On Twitter, Hawley wrote, “I would call on Schumer to apologize, but we all know he has no shame. So tomorrow I will introduce a motion to censure Schumer for his pathetic attempt at intimidation of #SupremeCourt.”

Yesterday at an abortion rally outside of the Supreme Court, Schumer said, ”I want to tell you Gorsuch, I want to tell you Kavanaugh: You have released the whirlwind, and you will pay the price. You won’t know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions.”

Schumer’s comments were so outrageous, Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts issued a rare rebuke of the lawmaker in a statement...

(The Hill) - Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) said on Wednesday night that he will try to censure Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) after remarks made toward Supreme Court Justices Brett Kavanaugh and Neil Gorsuch.

The Democratic leader earlier in the day warned that the two conservative justices would "pay the price" if they voted against abortion rights.

"I would call on Schumer to apologize, but we all know he has no shame," Hawley tweeted. "So tomorrow I will introduce a motion to censure Schumer for his pathetic attempt at intimidation of #SupremeCourt."

...Schumer sparked fierce criticism from President Trump and GOP lawmakers over comments he made while addressing a crowd outside the Supreme Court on Wednesday.

“I want to tell you, Justice Kavanaugh and Justice Gorsuch, you have unleashed a whirlwind, and you will pay the price,” Schumer said. “You won’t know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions.”

Justices heard arguments Wednesday on a Louisiana abortion law that could see the court revisit the protections that emerged in the landmark Roe v. Wade decision.

Schumer's comment drew a public rebuke from Chief Justice John Roberts, who said in a rare statement that “threatening statements of this sort from the highest levels of government are not only inappropriate, they are dangerous."

However, Justin Goodman, a spokesman for Schumer, countered that Roberts was following the
"right wing’s deliberate misinterpretation of what Sen. Schumer said."...
