I would be willing to sell one of my nice country houses to the right person for 50k

Not trying to spam here but I see all these people trying to catch a falling knife in timing the market . They will loose alot in this attempt . Out here in Western rual ny houses are cheap if you know where to look . You can get 4 bedroom houses on an acre for for 30 to 50 k imagine a life with out a mortgage look at how much of ones income goes to paying off that with interest . Having a fully paid for property should be the first thing someone does before investing. Just my thought.
