My neighbor has a pit. Never seen it bite anyone. It’s very friendly. The dog did not maul you. He bit you and in your own words gravity took over and caused the laceration. Why didn’t you take it up with owner right then? Did you? Did you say I’m going to doc? The home owners insurance should cover medical.

I guess the both of you want the dog put down. Go ahead take court action.

No it doesnt you moron. I grew up with dogs- retrievers, labradors, shepherds, etc... and love dogs, cats, horses, all animals ... I literally have feral cats sit on my lap that wont go near any other human. the ONLY animal that I have ever had a problem with is a pitbull - that bit my arm totally unprovoked. They are trash animals for shit people and you are shit if you defend them. Pitbulls and their owners should be genocided.
