Short term over night loans. Billions worth every day to prop up the markets.

Those loans where used with leverage to buy even more debt and stock.

It worked and stocks continued to gain.Banks paid back the loans almost daily while making billions.

Until it did not work. One down day is all it took,just one. The banks had to sell to pay back loans,only to repeat. Rinse repeat...every down day costing hundreds of billions.This is what the huge down then huge up days where caused by.

Leveraging more and more to try to get back ahead.

Supply chains broke.10% of consumers on earth where locked in their homes.

Oil price wars started.

Now we have bank failures.On the most epic scale imaginable. They can not loan their way out even of the late friday DOW ramp up(it would have been worse had they not tried at close friday).

Now we have corporate debts being called.
Pensions failing.
401k's imploding.
Currency wars.

And mad sell everything not nailed down by banks and super large investors who did not get out 3 weeks ago(when I said they will prop up the markets for another week maybe 2 then it will be impossible to contain the over leveraged pile of crap the market had become).

Probably 2 out of 3 banks currently do not meet 10% cash reserves.I am talking world wide,not just in the USA.

Give it about 10-30 days and watch this list.

Well the banks got off interest rates onto user fees.
Billionaires bought houses, mansions and working together drove prices beyond reach of the middle class but they bought all their houses.

So to find a safe haven during the banking changes from interest rate dependence to user fees, the very wealthy bought houses.
And so then no matter what happens, their money is safe there.

So then The Great Depression had the Spanish Flu, then 10 years later a market crash, then the dust bowl and the dirty thirties dust bowl wrecked all the farms and so the people became hobos and headed to the city.

So three main events before they got the Great Depression.

Here even if 29 million people die, they will just restructure corporations and they will go into debt with huge deficits, and 300 million people will still go to work and carry on regardless because if you don't work you don't eat.
Real estate won't go down, rents will at some point.

The very wealthy will be very wealthy regardless.

They are making a killing right now shorting stock.
