I want to post this here because I feel the info is relevant, there is no link as this info comes from a Jeffrey Dahmer documentary I watched awhile back

In the documentary it goes into Dahmers military period in Germany, he used to regularly rape his bunk mate, bunkmate complained to higher ups, nothing done,also mentioned is that Dahmer was routinely under evaluation from German psychiatrists on base

I've been hearing stories come out of distant family and others how sick many people of that generation were. And it was from people you'd never expect.
