Influenza Death Survey----Feedback Requested

The mortality rate for influenza(flu) is extremely high for those over 65. In fact, this group represents the bulk of the deaths. I would like to hear from anyone here who knows of someone over 65 who died as a result of the flu. What I would like to know is if this individual received the flu shot prior to their death or during the course of their "treatment".Thank you.
