User ID: 78372983 United States 03/11/2020 01:46 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | OK the HIPPA law does NOT say they can't give out general locations, only address (*of person?) .... so they are just using this as an excuse to keep the money going for businesses. No clue WTH #14 means. [link to www.hipaa-101.com (secure)] These are the 18 identifiers designated under HIPAA: Name Geographical element - street address, city, county, or zip code (smaller than state) Dates - birthdate, admission date, discharge date, date of death, and exact age if over 89 Telephone number Fax number Email address Social Security Number Medical record number Health plan beneficiary number Account number Certificate or license number Vehicle license plate and other identifiers Device serial number Any Website URL Internet Protocol (IP) Address Finger or voiceprint Photographic image (any body part) Any other characteristic that could uniquely identify the individual (like a tattoo) FURTHERMORE, when the CV19 San Antonio person got released and they went to the Mall, they gave ALL of the information as to where she went, even the address of the hotel she stayed at, the stores in the mall that she went to, etc. etc.!! So they are just trying to cover sh* up. Which is complete and TOTAL BS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Last Edited by Buffalo_Gal_13 on 03/11/2020 01:48 AM |

User ID: 78372983 United States 03/11/2020 01:56 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I just posted on the reporter who reported the Gregg County story on KLTV. He has a facebook page. I posted this, everyone should start hounding media to release this information to the public. A lot of people want to know where this person 'went' before they were quarantined, self or otherwise. A listing of locations, stores, cities, etc. HIPPA does not prevent this information from being released - only the address of of the individual. When the San Antonio infected case was accidentally released, they released ALL of the information as to where that person went, including the store names IN the mall, the address of the hotel they stayed at, etc. etc. Please give us this information immediately. It could help to save lives. News should stop covering up information that could keep others from becoming infected. His name is Blake Holland, and here is link to his Facebook page. Or you can go to KLTV and contact them --- and/or the original story reporter in Gregg County. Not sure of link for that, but u can find it. We need this info NOW! User ID: 78372983 United States 03/11/2020 02:02 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Here is Blake's email (the reporter for KLTV). I just emailed him - please do same. [email protected] Hello, Please update your story to include all of the locations/timeline where this infected person in Gregg County went to. This information should not be hidden from the public. HIPPA does not prevent you from reporting this information. This information is DIRE to the citizens of Gregg and surrounding counties, and should be released ASAP! Delaying reporting of this information is careless and could prevent deaths of citizens. Thank you P.S. Just saw a post on the KLTV FcBk page that said they had traveled to CA, so may have contracted it there, but no other info, and it appears they have me blocked. Probably from a past calling them out on something? IDK. You can go find story and comment there on their FcBk page too. I can't. Last Edited by Buffalo_Gal_13 on 03/11/2020 02:08 AM |

I am just outside east texas, but we spend so much time between Palistine, Crocket, Lufkin and Tyler I may as well say I am east Texas. Besides, no one can ever pronounce the name of my small...small town correctly anyway. |

My daughter lives in Salina, north of Dallas. I'm watching Tejas very closely. Talked to her last night. So proud she's already prepped and cancelled her future business trips via airlines. It's Celina, Tx. Not Salina. I'm moving there (right off DNT & 428 actually) at the end of the month. Greenville is such a shithole, I'm washing my hands of it. "Tempus Fugit" |

So far, we are being told there are no cases. We don’t know if this is truth, or some kind of stupid HIPAA game, but if we do get reports of cases, I’ll post them here. |
