we still have direct, hourly trains running from milan, italy, to zurich. it is utter lunacy. the new thing today is that they are keeping the two front seats next to the bus drivers empty, to prevent spread to drivers.

oh, and i should add, they are still allowing 70,000 italian cross-border workers to enter switzerland every day. these people live in italy and work in switzerland, and commute daily. supposedly, 4,000 of them work in the health card industry. that seems like a super idea.
