BATTLE FOR WORLD | June 25, 2020: If things could not get crazier during COVID-19, it just did. Former Congressman Roscoe Bartlett of Maryland over the years has voiced concerns about a surprised EMP attack on the United States to disable power grids across the country. Several voices in the US have been repeating the old-bag of drummed up rogue-nations in the way of US hegemony, that is China and Russia as possible candidates to attack the US with an EMP. They do not say what would possibly cause these so-called rogue nations to attack the US.

Dr. Peter Pry, the executive director of the Task Force of National and Homeland Security, who prior served as the Chief of Staff of the Congressional EMP Commission, a member of the Staff of the House Armed Services Committee, and also served at the CIA, and authored books about EMP. Dr. Pry wrote an op-ed for TheHill on June 18 titled “China’s surprise, years in the planning: An EMP attack”, and his article is so on time.

“China trying to do this [i.e. becoming an economic power] with active opposition from the U.S. makes the hurdle that much higher to jump over,” said Andrew Polk, co-founder of research firm Trivium China in Beijing. “But the U.S. has clearly lit a fire under China,” he said in a Bloomberg article, dated August 19, 2019. And the corona-virus influenza started to spread in the United States around that time and by October 2019 the Gates Foundation held a conference about a pandemic, and by January 2020 the whole COVID-19 drama started to materialize.

Just as we saw the corona-virus mysteriously breaks out, with countries in the West acting stupefied, with no pre-planning in place, etc., but the main aim, it appears, was to put the world’s economy in decommission mode. If the aim was to try and sabotage the world’s economy, then that act was directed against China, because China is pushing to become an economic power and if economies are locked down, there’s no one to sell to. After the lockdown eased, the world’s largest cargo ship from China arrived in Britain with much needed goods. The short lockdown did not work so the plot-planners are trying to scheme the world into another blame-drama.

Since Dr. Peter Pry introduction about an EMP attack is so timely, and his current position is with Homeland Security, is America and the same cast of characters prepping for another unexpected event? An EMP attack is basically another form of shutdown that will affect hospitals, homes, offices, hotels, supermarkets, convenient stores, personal phones/computers, transportation, work, etc. pushing most everything that requires electrical power into emergency mode of operation or none at all. This scenario is basically death!

The question is asked: Is there a Ruling Elite council that makes decisions privately, which are then implemented into the public, to bring about causal-events against the population?

If an EMP attack happens and you see on the news, repeated at ad nauseam, the same modus operandi as we saw with September 11, 2001/911, COVID-19, etc., then other operation is being implemented. And if this EMP attack does not produce the desired results, of pushing China back to a nonthreatening role, they will move on to the next planned event. And as always, calling the names of the same cast of rogue-characters. And there’s something important that the people must think about very carefully!!! – and that is: a lot of planning have been put into these blame-game events. Whomever is behind them, ultimate and singularity world power is their goal. They do not wish to see a multi-polar world. That means China and Russia…are being used as scapegoats.

For China to attack the United States with EMP, China will end up voiding a large market place for electronic goods in the US.

This sounds like desperation, a scorched Earth policy, throwing everything at China, hoping that something sticks to have China surrender, if not, keep throwing these engineered events…unto a nuclear war, World War Three, engulfs the entire planet.

And dovetailed into all this chaos against China is Kashmir, and all the war fervor there right now is coming from the United States trying to stir up conflict there, giving orders to India. Inside Kashmir, there’s an underground backup site with US weapons – stealth planes, missiles, etc. since the late 1970s. The various ammunition and war planes stored there was for future use against the then Soviet Union. And close by Kashmir was another US weapons backup site in Sinkiang Province, China. That site was removed when China entered into an alliance with Russia. So, the only site with weapons nearby is Kashmir. And since China and the US are currently not on good terms, the Kashmir tension point is timely activated to create headaches for China.

Readers, just as how weak points are being activated against China by the US, also expect the other side to begin activating weak points against the United States too. In this type of deliberate chaos making, when both sides decide to put on their madman hats, all the public will see in the news are chaos happenings everywhere.

I believe that the virus originated here in the U.S. in the fall of 2019.

That summer the CDC shutdown a lvl4 biowarfare research facility in Ft. Detrick, Maryland and were fined heavily.

Soon thereafter there was an outbreak of “EVALI” whose symptoms are similar to this virus and people were dying on vents the same.

In Novemeber/December of 2019, when news of COVID-19 existence began to circulate, the CDC retracted there “EVALI” statement and allowed people to vape again, but not knowing what was the cause.

They shut down vaping while this thing was spreading knowing that nicotine can prevent people from catching it.

It seems that they have purposefully allowing it to spread as to infect as many people as people without anyone picking up on their actions.

The HIV type part is the dangerous part that we have nothing to treat and may be lying dormant in many peoples systems the way that AIDS is known to do.

On a side not I have personal information from 2013. This has been getting planned for that long. Even longer. My knowledge is from that point forward and didn’t take it seriously enough.
