A run on guns in northern Colorado

I was as at scheels today in Loveland, and there was about 80 people buying guns today. Background check was almost two hours long. I asked the register guy if he thought it was busy and he said it has never been like this ever. He said the most he has seen at one time was maybe 10 people around Xmas. Everyone standing around waiting for checks to go through and everyone was talking about corona.
