Prayer is respectful gratitude for God's benevolence but did he ever say he interferes with free will or any war, biological or otherwise?

I really don't know what to make of Trump. I will say lately he seems more humble, sincere, and operating on a level of significantly less unbridled bravado than before. I'm also aware he's being handled, with varying degrees of success, non-stop, and despite his best efforts operating under varying degrees of pharmakeia against his will.

I don't believe this is a political move because I believe he knows he already won, whether he wants to win again or not.
