I have asthma! worried about covid 19

I have asthma too. I purchased a used recumbent bike from craigslist (old life fitness model) and started riding 1 year ago. I'm not up to 1 hour a day/5 days a week and my lung capacity is fantastic. I used to get coughing fits a few times a week and have not had one in 4 months.

People with asthma are less likely to contract covid. Google it.

You’ll be fine, it’s a cold and you have steroids for the minute you catch it. Just add 5000 iu vit d, 5-10,000 mg of vit c and a 25 mg zinc dIly.

My grown son just had it, lives in our home, I’ve got asthma and husband has heart issues... both fine, but kept our vitamins up.

Oh also gave son a few oj glasses with quinine drops for good measure. Took about a week for him to feel better. He Also took Tylenol for the fever.

Apparently this is because asthmatics are taking extra precautions and avoiding the danger. That was the reason they get it less!

start taking pure vitamin c powder with bioflavanoids everyday
with some orange juice,

if you feel weak...up the dose massively so you won´t get sick....

get some ionic zinc and fish oil also....

you will be OK

Take quercetin and bromelain. Great for the lungs and helps with asthma. It’s been recommended here in CoVid threads too.

I have asthma too, I have not worn a mask as yet and will not.

Try researching Melatonin, it protects the lungs, only a tiny tiny bit taken each night.

Also research herbs and plants that help support the lungs too.

My lungs are so scarred from childhood illness..covid has no chance of finding a cell to replicate in....besides..the alcohol I exhale will render the virus protein shell powerless.

Well same here, hooping cough twice because of injections. A debilitating illness that last six months and scars the lungs.

But, you can make your lungs a lot stronger by excerise each day.
I have to go for a walk each day, the winter English air is bad for my lungs, but I get out there with a scarf on.

I believe I have made my lungs a lot stronger, although still very susceptible to sprays and stuff.
