Well its obvious that TPTB are forcing people to "quarantine" NOW by shutting down all the schools first.
Millions of kids at home, no babysitters, parents will have no choice but to stay home with them...

Nursing homes shut down, there will not be enough staff to take care of those people...

The list goes on and on....
