It's good to buy up nasty alcoholic beverages that you'd normally not drink. Hoarde them, sit them in a dark closet untouched and if this quarenteen really takes off, you'll have alcohol to drink on rare occasions. Maybe it'll be enough alcohol to come down closely off of an addiction. Something like peach schnapps, or milwaukee's best. Like 2 30 packs of shyt beer. That way when beer dries up, you'll make sound decisions of do I wanna drink or not? The beer is nasty, maybe I'll just have 1 beer.
