My part of Toronto is a ghost town this afternoon!!
Just went on my bike to see a client and hit a few stores for some goods, man, the east end of Toronto is like a ghost town today!
The mall was dead, the streets had hardly any traffic, some places closed.
I popped in to liquor store as well, asked my buddy who works there if the Internet rumour of the LCBO closing this week was true, he told me no such notification was given to the staff.

It's weird to see the city so empty, but kinda cool too at the same time... maybe by next week I will be like the Omega Man, hanging around an empty city, lol.

The ride into and around downtown Kansas City was eerie this morning. No rush hour traffic and few cars people around. Swung by the grocery store, way on the outskirts/country on way home and now aside from no TP and cleaning supplies bread and meat are almost gone.

That's because the kids are off of school and parents are home with them and keeping them from going out in public spreading their germs. Plus you have grandparents babysitting the kids and the grandparents are not too eager to go out in public unnecessarily either for fear of catching the corona virus.

I was out grocery shopping and one woman I talked to said her kids refused to come shopping with her because they are too busy playing video games at home.

Everything closed down!
Trains, buses, schools, universities, offices, hairdresses, all other services, moving restricted, out capital Ljubljana compeltly empty, no people, restaurants, bars, coffeshops lotery, everything shot down. No air traffic form tomorow morning. Parking lots for free, but no cars ...

"Stay at home" is all they can say in the news...

How are you handling that, are you okay at home?

Well, cool that the kids have games to keep them busy.

Ya I work Downtown. The Eaton Centre was a ghost town - almost all just homeless people there. Really feel like I'm living in a dream right now.

Yikes, I hardly ever go there but the Eaton Centre is usually quite busy.

Living in a dream, you are right, heh.
