This home is 1281 Spanish River Road, Boca Raton.
Tax record (public info) shows its owned by Richard and Diane Templer.
The home went pending on March 12, 2020.
The listing number is RX-10549653, anyone can google this number and see the property that is shown in the video.
This is not Oprah’s house."
