This is a NATIONAL disaster. There is no way the govt is going to be able to look the other way at so many people unemployed. There is going to be federal help. If they don't put a plan in motion I am certain there will be civil unrest on a scale they wont be able to control. It will actually be CHEAPER for them to just cut everyone who lost their job a check than to rebuild all the cities that would potentially burn.
