Today happened the weirdest thing to my mom. She need to renew her driver's license and she paid a visit to the doctor. Last time when she was there was 4 years ago. She waits outside with that damn mask covering her face and with a huge border straw hat (this style: [link to www.amazon.com (secure)] ), the nurse ask her why she's there but not her name or anything else. After 10 minutes, the doctor walked outside and gave her the medical certificate with her name on it. She freaked out.

Agreed, the DNA can be taken anytime you have a routine blood test.

i don't know how they plan on figuring out who is who.

When I was in the Army, I had to submit DNA for remains identification purposes. Why would they want to collect more of the same?

How many times have you ever had a clinical test of any kind, whether it's blood, urine, tissue, whatever? Those all have your DNA and if this was all about some conspiracy to get everyone's DNA analysed in a giant secret lab and into a database, they would have had that yeas ago.
