Coronavirus Psyop

Saw this video, that seems to be about the Coronavirus.

I don't know who made the video but it was posted 2 months ago and is, supposedly, from China.

It shows a weapon stolen then exploding in the hand of the thief, causing him to become infected.

I asked a friend who is a Batman fan but she said it was not from a legitimate film.

It seems to have all sorts of weird references - so I'm posting it here to see if anybody has any ideas. Thanks. Sorry if it's been posted before but I haven't seen it.
