Internet meetings are the new normal. Town meetings and group meetings.

Download one of these packages. They work on mobile phones with mobile apps. There is also a telephone # you can dial into. However the phone number is not toll free.

Zoom is free with up to 100. users. Webex is another but there is no free version.
