Whitmer is expected to announce a back-to-school plan for Fall 2020. Whitmer said earlier this month that Michigan schools will be allowed to resume in-person learning within phase four of her reopening plan. She is expected to release her “Michigan’s Return to School Roadmap” on Tuesday.

Some Michigan gym owners are openly defying Gov. Gretchen Whitmer's executive order to close during the coronavirus pandemic, even after police issued a few criminal citations.

I wish the YMCA would.

Should be interesting to see what the state's reaction is. After a very short search it doesn't look like gyms need any license in Michigan so Gretchen's goons can't yank that like they did the barber.

This isn't surprising. What does surprise me is that she hasn't copied Cuomo's quarantine order. Maybe having a recall petition going around has tempered her power trip slightly?
