There could be NSAID's in combination products to treat pain/cold/flu. 2)Pure Clean Virus Free Air (Not infected by CoVid 19 Human Waste) Hospitals and Nursing Homes with CoVid 19 Patients could have the Virus in the Air from human waste (If you can smell it there are particles of waste in the air). (HEPA air filters with UV light may reduce virus) 3)Drink lots of Pure Clean Cool water.(Fluoride and Chlorine bad) (drink lots of water till no longer thirsty, avoid dehydration) Hot Herbal Teas are fine if the herbs do NOT reduce the Fever. 4)Sunlight (produces Vitamin D in the body through skin exposure) (Oil in skin helps, Do not often use Soap or cleaning agents on areas such as chest, back, arms, legs because this dries the skin and lowers Vitamin D production) If Strong sunlight is not available Pure Fish oil or D3 may be taken to supplement. 5)Avoid all GMO Foods - Things sprayed with Roundup Herbicide or other such chemicals that Destroy Gut Bacteria. The good bacteria in your gut/digestive track digest your food and allow you to use minerals and vitamins that are in the food you eat. GMO foods also have little Nutrition (vit/minerals) due to Herbicide exposure - Remove all Sugar/manufactured processed foods. 6)Fast - Eating small nutritious meals less frequently gives the body time to Heal, and Fight Infection without expending energy on digestion. 7)Herbs - Anti-Viral Herbs strengthen your immune system and aid in killing pathogens. 8)Sleep - Rest in a Warm 101 Deg Fahrenheit air temperature Room Keep Cold Air out of the lungs, If this is not possible, at least keep the body 101 Deg Fahrenheit to help the lungs stay warm. Get as much sleep as the body wants with as little interruption , noise or stress as possible. 9)Avoid Stress - This includes Wireless Electromagnetic Radiation including WiFi, 3G/4G/5G Cellular Devices and Towers. -Do not use Microwaves to Heat/cook food they destroy it. -Avoid all Chemicals and poisons use only safe herbal products to clean (avoid toxic chemicals). Hot Water, Sunlight, and soaps without toxins. (U.V. Light with eye/skin protection for surfaces) -Do not use toxic Chemical Air fresheners 10)Love, Compassion, Forgiveness and Understanding. Healing can be slowed by a lack of any of these. |

The Effects of Temperature and Relative Humidity on the Viability of the SARS Coronavirus. Chan KH1, Peiris JS, Lam SY, Poon LL, Yuen KY, Seto WH. Author information Abstract The main route of transmission of SARS CoV infection is presumed to be respiratory droplets. However the virus is also detectable in other body fluids and excreta. The stability of the virus at different temperatures and relative humidity on smooth surfaces were studied. The dried virus on smooth surfaces retained its viability for over 5 days at temperatures of 22-25°C and relative humidity of 40-50%, that is, typical air-conditioned environments. However, virus viability was rapidly lost (>3 log(10)) at higher temperatures and higher relative humidity (e.g., 38°C, and relative humidity of >95%). The better stability of SARS coronavirus at low temperature and low humidity environment may facilitate its transmission in community in subtropical area (such as Hong Kong) during the spring and in air-conditioned environments. It may also explain why some Asian countries in tropical area (such as Malaysia, Indonesia or Thailand) with high temperature and high relative humidity environment did not have major community outbreaks of SARS. |
