Will the dying intensify tomorrow?

So i read in a book that the triple conjunction of Mars, Jupiter and Saturn brings great changes in China, India and Europe. Tomorrow is the spring equinox, in which a conjunction of Mars and Jupiter will occur. 11 days later, the Mars-Saturn conjunction will take place. I just find it strange that the quarantine in some countries coincides with these dates.
