Have you tried asking her out and spending a little cash? Chicks like that...you know guys that have money.

I subtly asked her out today and she was subtly non-committal. So I take this as a no right now, but I have been known to turn things around. She might've been getting revenge for me turning her down last year, or might've just cooled off. I have a rule against spending money on women for the first three months at least.
