How will Covid-19 cull the heard a bit?

This virus could be doing society a favor in some aspects.

In another thread, someone mentioned that heroin dealers are going to start running low on goods shortly. And that we will a lot of people going through opioid withdrawals. Heroin withdrawals are no joke from what I have read, it's possible to actually die from opioid withdrawals. So the opioid crisis should be over in a few weeks.

I suspect that the number of HIV+ patients will also drop somewhat as well. They have weakened immune systems.

I'm not saying that I want these people to die, I'm just saying that they probably will, and I am looking for positive aspects of this ordeal.
