it's probably because tests here were lagging places like Italy until just recently.. keep in mind the US has about 5 times the population. Most of the US cases are in 3 states (WA< NY and CA).

They are still mostly refusing to test at all in OHIO even with all the signs so no tests= no additional positives.No positives= no workers comp for the medical staff taking care of them when they get infected due to lack of proper PPE even with it being apparent 3 months ago they should have started preparing...= lawsuits from family when medicals sick and disabled or sick and die.

They shop every day for their dinner. Every morning they go and buy their meat, produce and whatever is needed for their meals. Similar to Paris. So they're out every day walking around shopping more than Americans are. And when we were in Rome most people walked, not very many have cars, for one thing there's no parking there.

I swear some of you are dumbasses ... they explained this clearly during yesterday’s White House briefing that the number would spike for a few days because of more test kits being available thus leading to many days worth of testing being revealed at once.
