U.S. Post Office losses more than double to $8.8 billion for the year, while revenue rises

How the fuck do they keep losing money? The prices are expensive for non flat rate priority mail. There's a line almost every time I go there to drop off a prepaid package that is too big to fit in the collection box. They are slow and their average customers are imbeciles. The guy in front of me set a bunch of things on the counter expecting them to package his shit which held up the line for 15 minutes. I wanted to tell him to package his own shit up. There should be a separate area for people that are just dropping off prepaid packages. USPS is run by morons.

I say auction off the whole works to the highest bidder.
