Even after Italy took hard measures, the number of confirmed cases keeps rising and rising. We have near 6k new confirmed cases there. Today I remembered this news from mid february.

I'm not sure as to wether they confirmed this or not.

But if it is the case this means that someone positive for coronavirus who is self isolating in a building could put others in the same building at risk.

It is confirmed now that the virus could survive for longer than earlier expected outside a host, so if it can travel through pipes it could reach people that are not yet infected.
