They are going to crush the blacks because they know they will not obey the Martial Law orders. Its going to be extremely ugly and they will use it to threaten the rest of the sheep into submission.

Sucks but it's just the way it is. Can't win if you're the government when people suck. When the Freddie Gray verdict came down the mayor of Baltimore let them loot and burn down a CVS and then seniors couldn't get their scripts filled anywhere nearby so they had to get taxis , which they couldn't afford...
