Now there may be some State governors blowing a fuse(Mostly Democrat Governors) on trying to enforce a lock down but it sure isn't one issued by the US Government or else the place(Churches) where 10's of millions of Americans congregate every Sunday and or Saturday would have been notified to tell their congregations not to come to Church till further notification. Dude, I don't know why you keep posting this. Churches have been cancelled in multiple states. I live in Florida and even church marquees have "closed" until further notice. Friends from WI told me they were all closed where there at. Now sure there will be pockets as it's not mandatory in most states, but will be once lockdown goes into effect. Pastors probably will not get personal notification as they will most likely not be deemed "essential" to infrastructure by homeland security and will be mandated shut down once it goes into effect in your state. States are banning any groups of more than 10 people, and are group churches in that. In fact a pastor in New Orleans I think it was was threatened with National Guard as he defied the ban. So, please do some research on this as what's going on in your neck of the woods is NOT what's going on elsewhere, and churches are being banned everywhere due to the 10 person limit in these states/counties etc, and no, they will probably not get a letter like OP stated, sorry. |

This McDonalds is across the street from a Home Depot, so I'm thinking she must know the manager to be saying that. |

It is addressed to law enforcement/government employees, stating that Homeland Security has deemed her business as essential to the United States healthcare infrastructure and that she should be allowed to continue on her way. She was instructed to keep this letter, her employee ID badge and her drivers license on her at all times.
