Got my stupid account working on InfoTracer. Turns out the arrest record was for a 19 year old named Thomas Hanks not THE HANX.

Even more bizarre is that if you go to who's in jail oc and you put the name the site is down. It allows you to enter the name but from there says inaccessible. That is usually how you find an inmate in orange county.
