Matthew 13:37-43

37 He answered and said unto them, He that soweth the good seed is the Son of man;
38 The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one;
39 The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels.

40 As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world.
41 The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity;
42 And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.

43 Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.


Matthew 24 states the SAME thing using the times of Noah as the example.

37 But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,
39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

40 Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
41 Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left.

So the idea of the rapture didn't even exist until the 1830s?

The History of the Rapture

This doctrine is new; it was never taught or even discussed prior to the 1830’s. It seems to have first come from a “prophetic vision” by Margaret Macdonald, a woman in 1830, who was a part of the cult group the “Irvingites,” while having an emotional experience. Through a “mingled prophecy and vision” (breakdown), and saying “the power of the Holy Spirit,” she came up with this. She was very ill and delusional according to physicians and learned observers at the time. How, how, how did this get to doctrinal status? In spite of her condition, people believed her. Not ministers trained in the Word, not those who were pious Christians, not those with discernment, but those seeking a new fad and emotional experience, just as so many do today. By the way, she was a cultist! Then another cult group in England picked this up by the name of “The Catholic Apostolic Church,” headed by Edward Irving (1792-1834). After that, another cult group called the “Millerites,” predicted the return of Christ on October 22, 1844. It did not happen; that should have been a clue, but this would not die.

Of course! They are wrong because you are right. The mind boggling part is they say exactly the same. In fact, all do! Isn't that strange?

It's not so much that I'm right, what counts is what the bible says.

Yo tard. When is the tribulation? After I’m gone? Oh ok.

What it says according to who?

We do not need it and it will not happen!
We do not need it any more than it was "needed" after the Spanish Flu if 1918.

The Bible show us when the Rapture happens in Rev. Ch 7, right after the 144000, of the 12 tribes, are sealed.
That is roughly Mid Trib.

No Anti Christ = No Rapture.
Until the AC gets to capture and rule over the 10 "Beast" nations, there is no chance of a Rapture.
And that would be the Pre Trib Rapture period, since it is before the 7 year treaty is signed.

The treaty is what starts the 7 years of Tribulation, and the 10 "beast" nations getting their armies together and attacking Jerusalem, precedes the Treaty.

So you can wish all you want, but Scripture is clear upon the sequence of these events.

maybe 2020 is the beginning of the tribulation? if thats the case we have 3 1/2 years to get right with god and get our house in order

According to Revelation 13:16–17, the false prophet in Jerusalem will control commerce during the tribulation, making it extremely difficult for tribulation believers to purchase even basic commodities.
