1960's Apparition predicted a Great Public Miracle in an even year when "things were at their worst" coinciding with a celestial event

Many Catholics feel that this is about to occur. Never in the history of the Catholic Church has the Holy Mass been stopped in such widespread fashion. Not even under the Communist presecutions of the 20th century. The situation is very dire, not for the Church but also for the world. As Saint Padre Pio once put it: "When the blood of Christ Jesus stops flowing on the altars of the world...then the blood of men must begin to flow in the streets." The decision to stop Masses worldwide has put us under the threat of Chastisement and for this reason I believe God intervene in his Great Mercy. Only a Divine intervention can save the world as it now is spiralling out of control in the Devil's hands.

The apparition predicted three supernatural events. Two, the Warning and Miracle, will occur. The third, the Chastisement, is conditional on how the world reacts to the first two.

The Warning is described as a momentary stopping of all time and energy, with all people then seeing the spiritual condition of their souls, and how they should amend their ways. It will last about 15 minutes. It was said to be coming when "the situation was at the worst" and when "Communism comes again." It will coincide with a celestial event "beginning with the letter A" which will "look like two stars colliding."

Within a year of the Warning, a Miracle will take place. The Miracle will leave a permanent sign in Garabandal, which can be seen and photographed, but not touched. The sick present will be healed. The Miracle will occur between March and May and the primary seer Conchita Gonazalez, who now resides in New York State, will announce the date of the Miracle eight days in advance.

The Chastisement is conditional upon how humankind reacts to the preceding Warning and Miracle.
